A selection of meat, fish and salads, this is a more casual menu of which all the dishes are served at room temperature. The desserts are distinctly tropical, with the mango mousse being the lighter of the three choices, and the Pineapple roulade providing a very unusual alternative, beautifully complimented by Passion Fruit.
