The three desserts that follow the delectable main course of this menu form a very varied spread of sweet endings, and you may find your guests have a problem making a decision- our solution is try a little of everything! Another delight of Cole's menu must be the Mediterranean Vegetables - Aubergines, Courgettes and three colours of pepper, all slowly roasted in olive oil, then topped with Garlic Yoghurt and Roasted Pine Kernels.
