As we come into your venue or home, you may catch a glimpse of the growing, potted herbs we use in our cooking, or the boxes of fresh vegetables, ripe and ready to be washed before being chopped and added to the dishes we are preparing for your event. Whatever the type of event and whatever the style of menu, one thing remains always the same: our dishes are always hand-made and always freshly prepared. Nothing we serve you will be from the freezer (except the home-made ice cream!) and nothing will be bought in ready-made. We say this without hesitation, and we're sure you'll be able to taste it in our food! If you aren't convinced, feel free to browse through some feedback we have recieved about events we have organised or catered for.

What are you looking for?

So, you are having an event. As far as the catering is concerned, you have some options....

Maybe what you are looking for is a buffet, whereby the assortment of dishes is presented for you and your guests, and they can chose what to enjoy. Or maybe you feel more inclined to have a sit-down meal, where you can have the dishes served to you, either silver service or plated, depending on the feel you want for your event. Some feel a sit-down dinner party boasts a higher level of intimacy, whereas others prefer something different, like an evening of mingling on your toes as your fingertips find some delicious canapes, freshly prepared minutes before being bought to you by our attentive and hard-working staff. They taste as good as they look, beautifully presented after being delicately and skillfully hand-crafted.

Now that is all fair and good, sounds lovely, but maybe you are looking for something more...flame-grilled? Maybe you are wanting to try out some of our grilled and very juicy beef or lamb burgers, served up to you as rare or well-cooked as you like. Come rain or shine, we will be out there behind the barbeque (under our small awning), grilling vegetable skewers, burgers, lamb chops, sausages, spicy chicken, bananas too....

We also offer the option of all the food without the on-site team- we provide the catering, whereby we make it all fresh and bring it to you, then wander off again...
