Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Parties to Go’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Parties to Go’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 177 Coombe Lane, Wimbledon, London SW20 0RG.

The use of our website is subject to the following terms of use:

 

Business contract terms and conditions

In these terms and conditions of contract for services, Parties to Go means Parties to Go Ltd, The ‘Client’ means the person, persons, firm, company or organisation making the booking, ‘The Booking’ means the function to be catered for by Parties to Go, The ‘Contract’ is set out in the main body between Parties to Go and the Client, the ‘Quotation’ means Parties to Go quotation of price based on the estimated number of people who will be attending the event booked.

1. Quotations
Quotations are valid for two months from the date of quotation or until confirmation has been received from Parties to Go.

2. Confirmations
The Client must confirm all bookings in writing. This will confirm acceptance of both the quotation and the Parties to Go terms and conditions.

3. Numbers
All prices quoted are for a specific number of guests and any change in numbers will affect the overall price. Confirmation of final numbers is due one month prior to the event after which the final balance invoice will be raised.

4. Payments
• 25% non-refundable deposit is payable by the client on confirmation of the event
• 50% deposit is payable halfway between the confirmation of booking and the actual event on a date agreed between the Client and Parties to Go
• Final balance, to include final numbers, final menus and any extras required payable two weeks before the event

We reserve the right to apply charges on overdue accounts.

5. VAT
VAT is payable at the current rate on all charges, at any event.

6. Cancellations
All Client cancellations must be confirmed in writing prior to the confirmed event. Any liability to subcontractors or other costs or expenses incurred by Parties to Go on behalf of the Client will be charged to the Client.

Parties to Go will retain:
• 25% non-refundable deposit
• 50% of the total contract price if the Client cancels 2 months prior to the event
• 100% of the total contract price if the Client cancels 28 days prior to the event

7. Variations
The contents of menus, decorations or any other items the company shall supply are subject to market availability. Any alteration will be notified to the Client within 10 days of the event.

8. Food/beverages
Parties to Go cannot be held responsible for the safety of any food or beverages brought into the venue directly by the Client/Crew or any guest. All food is to be supplied by Parties to Go for the Event. No other food is to be supplied by any other caterer for the Event.

9. Losses or damages
Any breakage, loss or damage, caused by the client or their guests/employees will be charged to the Client at the full replacement cost. The Client will be responsible for and will indemnify Parties To Go fully against all claims, costs, loss, damage or liability arising due to the act, neglect or default of the Client or of any persons for whom the Client is responsible.

10. Force majeure
Parties to Go shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, disputes, embargoes, accidents, fire, floods, ice, obstruction, lockout or any other such events.

11. Law of the Contract
British law shall govern the contract, which incorporates these terms and conditions, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.

12. Complaints
Any complaint must be made verbally within 24 hours of the event and written within 48 hours after the event date and will be dealt with by Parties to Go.
