Whether we’re trying out a new dish or busy preparing a stunning menu for a fairytale wedding we love sharing our stories, top tips or just tell letting people know what we have been up to. So here is a little round up of what has been going on with us.

To pud or not to pud?

That is the question for Christmas dinner. Do Yorkshire puddings have a place on your Christmas dinner plate?

There’s obviously food that is a time-honoured tradition at the Christmas dinner table. But the Yorkshire pudding is a more recent addition that is always likely to split the opinion of the guests.

Traditionalists would argue that this mini batter pudding should only be served with roast beef. After all, this is the turkey’s patch and cranberries and pigs in blankets are there to steal the trimmings show. And, along with the bread sauce and stuffing, the dinner is a veritable carb overload as it is without the addition of a flour-based pudding.

But others would say why wouldn’t you have them? A roast is not complete without their presence and, as Christmas dinner is already a meal of complete indulgence, what is the matter with adding another element?

Well we’re split here at Party to Go Towers but what do you think?
