It’s business as (un)usual
As like a lot of businesses, the lockdown has seen us take a new approach towards planning and delivering events here at Parties to go. We’ve had to put a focus on the delivery side of the business, and look to how we can continue serving our loyal customers with tasty food during this challenging time.
The past year has seen us delivering food across London and beyond, we even got a Drop & Go request for Wales. However, that was a little too far out of our 25-mile radius! We’ve catered for smaller intimate weddings, virtual parties for friends and colleagues, BBQ boxes, food platters for corporate breakfasts and lunches, private dining experiences for that special occasion and freezer food deliveries for those homeschooling parents who are just struggling to find time to cook. We’ve even started a YouTube channel for those people wanting to have a go at creating some delicious food for themselves at home. You should definitely check it out and send us a photo of your creations, we would love to see them.
We’ve also tried to think out the box for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries hen do’s, baby showers and valentines. Collaborating with a few of our lovely suppliers we can offer private dining with ice sculptures from Immediate Ice and birthday balloons from Doras doos Balloons, with one of our food-filled picnic hampers, the perfect combination for that special gift.
Our themed menus are a hit with children and adults alike, Alice in Wonderland and Harry Potter seem to be the firm favourites at the moment. We are also open to ideas so should you have a special request get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
One good thing to come out of the pandemic is seeing how our local community have pulled together. We were delighted to send over some delicious food for all the hardworking staff at St George’s Hospital. It was so lovely to see such generous donations of lots of different dishes from so many volunteers.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support. We cannot wait to be back in full swing as soon as it’s safe to do so.
